“Got the ube smoothie drink. Very unique taste, definitely using real ingredients, not powdered base drink. Do note that substitute oat milk instead of regular milk is $1.50 which a bit pricey. Also added boba with great taste! Drink came out to almost $10.42 but worth the price. Definitely recommended to try it out yourself.“

“The classic and oolong milk tea with boba & coffee jelly were onos! Kaneohe was in need of a good boba place and this is it. The prices are reasonable, staff friendly and the shop is very white and clean. We will definitely be back to try different drinks.“

“my favorite spot for the best treats — they really have something for everyone. their honey sesame sticks are addictive, and their speciality shave ice (azuki or mango) are so reasonably priced for their quality. easily some of the best coffee in the kaka'ako area too! you may even see a few of their furry friends if you're lucky ?“

“We have been coming to Wen’s for years! It is the best local spot in Honolulu. They have great flavors, affordable prices and friendly staff. I recently got the peach oolong tea and the winter melon black tea. You can actually taste the tea.“
“A quiet and peaceful café. The only person working there (potentially the owner) was a sweet old lady. Ordered two Vietnamese coffees, one black and one with condensed milk. The lady asked, "Do you want it strong?" Holy cow, lady! Both were quite good, and easily the strongest tasting coffees my wife and I ever had. Finally, the prices are fair, probably too low for this place to make much money, but it added to the feeling of going to a neighborhood café owned by the Oma next door instead of a faceless corporation.
Vegetarian options: Tons of smoothies, all fresh fruits. Good prices, too.“

“The best boba tea I've ever drank in my life, it compares to nothing I've had before. I've had lots of different milk teas and boba and fruit teas on the mainland, but this is hands down the most goated. Depressed that I am only visiting and may never drink this ambrosia ever again. Also the vibe is adorable and the people very nice!“

“One of my favorite boba tea spot in town! There's a buy 2 free 1 promotion until Dec 2, 2023! The aesthetic of the store makes me feel like I'm in Asia, the boba is homemade and the texture was perfect. The owner is super friendly and kind - I came about 8 mins from closing time prepared to be turned away but they still welcomed me, took my order without complaint. I liked the feeling of helping local businesses instead of a chain restaurant, because you can feel the passion of the people in every detail of the store. I like that it's not crowded and has plenty of seating. Love love love this place, will definitely come again!
Parking: Limited street parking especially during the day.“

“We asked for two of the top choices: White Peach Oolong Tea (50% sweet) & Mango Charm. Loved the White Peach Oolong Tea. I enjoyed the tea, but the Mango Charm is just not my type of tea. It was cool to try some new flavors though.
Fast and kind service. Very open seating areas. It was cute that they also offered games to play while you enjoy your tea. They also validate parking for one hour. Parking entrance is located on Pohukaina st, kind of across from Down To Earth.
Parking: Parking garage found on Pohukaina St. They validate for at least 1 hour.“

“Great little corner tea/boba Cafe on the corner. The staff are always so polite and drinks are good. I personally love the Super fruit tea with mango jelly.
Parking: There are meter parkings along the street in front of the shop. I usually don't take more than 15 min to get my order.“

“Love these guys!!! They have a tiny spot inside times. It’s hard to compare their atmosphere to wahiawa since it’s in a grocery store. But the people are always helpful, and fast. And clean. Everything is yummy there. I don’t like coffee, so I try all their other teas and fruity flavors“

“I really appreciate YiFang's ingredients and toppings. Some (or all?) teas are imported from Taiwan and their focus is on incorporating fresh fruit flavors. Also this is one of the few places on island that I know of with green tea jelly! I prefer the non-sugary flavor of green tea jelly to balance out tart and/or sweet flavored drinks. My personal favorites are pairing it with citrus teas or their current specialty drink - green plum green tea. Specialty drinks usually change through out the yearFYI, most of their drinks have a recommended sweetness of 50-70%. (The recommendation list is posted on the counter - but it's easy to miss if you're not looking for it) Adjust accordingly depending on your preference.Lattes (aka milk teas) tend to be served somewhat layered. Mix before drinking if you want evenly distributed flavors.Parking is tricky. As far as I know, options are mostly street parking on Makaloa or Ke’eaumoku. They have a rewards stamp card if you're a repeat visitor!“

“Friendly service and great food.“
“Don't confuse this nondescript place with the nearby Madame Saigon. It was previously not shown on Google Maps. But you should make the effort to find it. While it looks like any other office snack store, I was pleasantly surprised because I enjoyed the best banh mi sandwich of my life here! I ordered the roast pork version and it was incredible. The roll was perfect and all the ingredients inside were high quality. Look at my photo, I want you to see how packed it was inside. Pro Tip: I noticed they had some avocados there and asked if they were ripe and if so, could they add that to the sandwich. I paid a little extra for that of course but the addition of perfectly ripe avocado contributed to the overall excellence of the banh mi. I also ordered a milk tea and they made it exactly as I requested. Service was very friendly. I wish I could give this place 6 Stars. That's why I made the effort to get this place listed with Google. I hope others enjoy this little gem as much as I did.“

“I was really pleasantly surprised by Fooki after being told by all my Taiwanese friends that Hawai'i doesn't really have good Taiwanese food. Nonetheless Fooki kept popping up as being the best potential option, and I'm really glad I tried it! The food tasted like home, just fancied up a little. There are some SE Asian inspired fusion options on the menu too, but I stuck to ordering Taiwanese fares.
We got several things to share: Mala oil poached chicken (super juicy and tender with an addicting Mala chili sauce), wonton noodle soup (well done and nice thin skin & flavorful filling, and delicious savory broth), the beef wrap (such a classic, meaty and filling street food in Taipei), a classic braised bowl that reminded me of plate lunches, and a lilikoi slushie with properly chewy boba. I'd absolutely come back again whenever I'm craving a taste of home and try more things, and I'm already looking forward to trying their sweet tofu pudding dessert. The service was also very prompt and friendly, and the interior design is cool. Recommended to support your local Taiwanese businesses! ????“

“The tea was so delicious I forgot to take pictures. Highly recommend this location! There was little to no traffic so I was able to take my time ordering. The ladies behind the counter shared their preferences and I'm so happy I asked. I only wish they still had some desserts. When we came, they were sold out so we couldn't try any.Either way, we got the boba we wanted and we will be back for more.+Street parking so watch for signs.+Boba pearls themselves are on the sweet side. Keep this in mind if you're ordering a drink with boba for sweetness level.+Desserts aren't always stocked--call and check for availability if you're coming for desserts.“

“I was thirsty on the way back from Izumo Taisha Shrine in Hawaii, so I drank Sparring Lilikoi.
I didn't know about the boba iris when I asked for it, so I felt like I was in charge.
It was about $4 for size S, so it's about half the price of Waikiki.“
“We were familiar with Happy Lemon from the Bay Area in NorCal so when we heard this place opened up, we knew we had to come. Our Bubble Waffles took a bit of time to get--which we expected. Bubble Waffles are ordered first then made second. We got the original flavor and the Chocolate. Our children devoured them. They were airy and fluffy where the bubbles are and crispy on the edges. You can taste the flavors and these were not overly sweet. Our drinks were delicious as per a usual Happy Lemon. I'm so happy we have this one on the island now and I can come back for more. I highly recommend this place. The ambience is also super kawaii. The kids asked to take plenty of pictures.“

“I've been missing Japan so I wanted to try this place out. Some of the best miso Ramen I've had in a while the servers were attentive and answered all the questions I had. Just a forewarning to anyone the portion sizes are larger than you think I got a mini bowl and that was more than enough to fill me and then some. Will definitely be coming back!“

“Sama Sama is amazing! I love what they are doing with unique Filipino-inspired flavors, collaborating with local artists to design cups, etc. You can tell that they use real ube, calamansi, and other actual ingredients instead of just artificial flavoring. Service is excellent too. There's no other boba/tea place on the island that does what they do! I enjoyed their drinks so much, I even hired them to cater our wedding. We had 4 flavors at a serviced bar, and it was an absolute hit. I plan to visit more often in the future and try out their coffee beverages. They also come out with new flavors every so often.“

“First time stopping in here. Wish I would have stopped a long time ago when they opened. Great atmosphere and awesome service! The ladies working today were great! I had the Vietnamese coffee and my wife had the Mango/kumquat Boba tea. Her tea was amazing and I have never had Vietnamese coffee until now and WOW is all I can say. I will definitely be back every time I stop at Ka'makana Ali'i.“

“I love 85 degrees bakery cafe, ever since I got to go in the mainland, and I'm so happy they're here in Hawaii. All the baked bread and cakes, as well as drinks are yummy. Very nice and attentive staff. The store is neat and clean inside. The only wish I have is for them to increase a variety of bread they have. But I am a regular customer and I will continue to go.
Kid-friendliness: I don't think there is any special accommodations for keiki. I usually keep them very close to me to make sure they don't touch any of the breads.“

“The only thing I did not like that much was the chocolate shake. But everything else was on point! Waiting time was not too long but was also reasonable. Keep up the great work!
Kid-friendliness: They had no discrimination against children. My little sister who looks like a 6 year old was able to order her own and wasn’t questioned. Nothing in the cafe was not kid friendly which makes sense based on the fact that it’s a family cafe.“
