Balai Pata is an absolute gem, and absolutely needed on North Shore / Central Maui in what’s otherwise a restaurant abyss of tourist forward formulaic burgers & fish tacos.

We had such a wonderful experience eating here! The bao buns, crispy pata, green noodles, Cajun shrimp, and halo halo were all amazing and delicious. Our waitress was so sweet and welcoming. 10 out of 10!!
