“The club sandwich I ordered was to come with bacon. I had to tell the employees 3 times that the sandwich came with bacon. Then, the employee at the register was going to charge me extra for the bacon. This Jersy Mike's doesn't train their employees.“

“It's a bummer that they don't have musubi anymore (bring it back?), but my favorite thing to get when I'm flying out of OGG is a hot dog from this place. I used to get a musubi AND a hot dog. Reliable and friendly, nothing fancy, it's exactly what a hot dog truck in an airport ahould be.“

“There are no issues in the food and atmosphere. The 2 issues I have are that one of the workers needs to know who is next in line, and she grab a sandwich from the oven that belongs to a person who is second in line of me. I told her I'm in line first, but didn't even try to make the correction. The second issue is that they need to clean the tables and throw the trash out.“

“More a place to pick up then to dine in unless you're there for a quick bite. I used to stop at the original Jersey Mike's on the way to the beach in New Jersey when they were just a mom and pop store. It's great to see the American dream is still alive!“

“8-2-25 My grandma has some speech problems and she was trying to read her daughter's orders on her phone but kept getting confused.. anyways, I know how frustrating it can be for the cashier however Eric was our person taking grandma's order and he did amazing. “BRAND NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNER! This store has completely turned around, all new staff, overall refresh. The sandwiches are generous with toppings, I always go for the meatball marinara. Service is quick. It's located back in the shopping center. Anyway, check it out again, the people sure seem happier too now. Big change!“
