“Always excellent food and great service“

“Delicious Vietnamese and one of the few solid options for dinner in Wailuku. Most people were picking up takeout, but we stayed to eat in the cute covered outdoor patio. Ginger Chicken sandwich and Shrimp Summer rolls were awesome and so reasonably priced. We’ll be back.“

“More a place to pick up then to dine in unless you're there for a quick bite. I used to stop at the original Jersey Mike's on the way to the beach in New Jersey when they were just a mom and pop store. It's great to see the American dream is still alive!“

“Reading the negative reviews really surprised me. We’ve been going to that specific location at least once a week for about 6 weeks now and two of the women are polite, no small talk, which is fine with us, and the other which I am guessing is the manager? She’s friendly and engages with small talk. The ingredients for the sandwiches taste and look much fresher and this location is pretty clean, compared to the Kahului Subway ( next to Maui Mall.) We went to Maui Mall Subway couple weeks ago and the counters looked a bit dirty, it seems like they don’t wipe it down as often as they should, and the drink area was disgusting. They definitely need to upkeep that store. We will stick with Wailuku Subway for sure!“

“I’m a local and haven’t been to Jersey Mike’s in years, but today I decided to stop in and grab a sandwich. It was pretty busy and there were quite a few people ahead of me, but I have to say, the staff really stood out. I wish I had gotten their names because they were awesome! The guy making the sandwiches was super friendly and talkative, and the cashier was just as nice. They really took the time to engage with the customers, and it was nice to see. I had to wait a bit for my chicken Philly, but honestly, I didn’t mind at all. Just watching these guys interact with everyone and keep such a good attitude while they were busy made the wait enjoyable. Really good customer service and just a nice experience overall. I’ll definitely be stopping by more often! Plus, the sandwiches are yummy!“

“It's a bummer that they don't have musubi anymore (bring it back?), but my favorite thing to get when I'm flying out of OGG is a hot dog from this place. I used to get a musubi AND a hot dog. Reliable and friendly, nothing fancy, it's exactly what a hot dog truck in an airport ahould be.“
