“I love Starbucks. Even at LAX, where the line is longer than the length of an airplane (Lol!!! Umm, not). Their coffee products are still top-shelf quality, and the service was excellent even though the stress level was there. My husband, and I received our coffee within five minutes of ordering. “Convenient location and workers are nice. They almost always have food items in stock. The only issue is their poorly engineered drive thru set up. Who puts a drive thru where you have to yield to oncoming traffic?? And their drive thru menu board was mounted in a spot that makes it impossible to see the oncoming traffic which makes it dangerous.“

Last week, after a stressful day at work, I stopped in to focus on my tasks. I’m very sensitive to caffeine, especially in the late evening, so I usually avoid coffee. However, I made a mistake and wanted to try a new menu item, which led to a mix-up with my order. When my drink came out, I was a bit flustered.

The staff member noticed my reaction and kindly asked, “How can I help you?” I apologized for the mix-up and explained that I thought I had ordered a Green Tea fappuccino. Without hesitation, she said she'd make a new one for me!

It’s not about the money spent, but the quality of service was truly touching. Her small act of consideration uplifted my mood. While it’s the same Starbucks chain, this kind of excellent service enhances the brand's value. I believe that if you can receive such pleasant service for the same price, it makes the experience even better!“

“Friendly fast coffees served up with spacious interior to drink your beverage. Don’t forget to purchase some Starbucks gift cards with Hawaiian designs to take back with you for souvenirs of Hawaii that last! In past years they had a hula girl image. This year it’s the state of Hawaii with a bird and a rainbow !“
