I always stop through this store because of the customer service! Amira is such a sweetheart and goes above and beyond in delivering starbucks green apron service!
I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, no knife, no cream cheese and it looks like they just took it out of the fridge. It’s cold. It’s not warm. It’s not what I expected. It’s not what I paid six dollars for. I’ve stopped here 3 times during our vacation and each time the employees were unfriendly and rude at the drive-through window. They don’t say hello, or thank you, or even you’re welcome. They just stare you down and make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Maybe they just hate tourists?
