Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice is a must stop for some of the best shave ice on the island. The quality and flavors are amazing, with organic options that leave customers full without the bloat. Popular flavors include mango, coconut, and lilikoi, and the sugar free flavors are bomb as well. A shared large shaved ice with coconut ice cream is a favorite. The indoor seating is a great addition to the chain, which has kept its downhome ways. The mango sticky rice is a new menu item that is truly delicious. While the product is amazing, some customers wish the customer service felt warmer and more welcoming, hoping the aloha spirit matches the quality of the shave ice. However, other reviews highlight incredibly friendly and kind staff, with the owner/manager personally offering new items.
