“What a truly majestic coffee experience. Every granular element of the sourcing and production of my coffee was nothing less than perfectly excellent. Particularly impressive was the care and attention to detail of the young gentleperson acting as barista this morning. Their hospitality, gracious service, and meticulous focus truly elevated my visit well beyond the pale of a life more ordinary.Five stars, would enjoy again.“
“Kona is just not good and here they have coffee from regions like Costa Rica, Brazil, etc that are actually good. I got a pour over and it was fantastic. Great service and very comfy seating. One of the few craft coffee shops on the entire island.“
“I think my whole life is a lesson. I was a abused as a child in blandina and colonial, my photos in chief joseph are proof. I told kati at new seasons (the first person i ever opened up) she looked at me like a gost or as the goya my mexican grandmother a weara with no soul. I leared not to take it personal boly:welch are white women with no soul they steal your soul for personal gain. portland police have a rose on their cop cars does not mean they are heroes. White people are cold as ice, no soul, howl lee, they say things to control your mind like you need this or you need that, or you need a school degree to make you colder. Roses are native to England. Roses are not from portland, oregon. I dont believe in heroes, and I don't believe in hereos because I had to endure my parents abuse and the abuse of the jehovahs witness religion. They do illgal activities that the us goverment ignores. I believe in my self and the elements and spirt who bring me peace. Colonial religion like missionaries of mourmons, jehovahs witness, in general chritanity, or monarch religion is the enemy that kills culture. This systems of government or puppet royal smiling princes kate who encourages egosentism and white beauty. It's about tribe. Forget about the system the system was built by yangeese. Tribe is and culture. I hate tree man, but i can say is i learned from him remember who you are and where you come from, so your roots. Your roots are key. Even in my culture aztec and myan culture, dont get lost in the spanish ways“
“Stopped by Koko Crater when I was visiting Hawaii and looking for some coffee beans to take back home with me. The store was closed but the owners wife was nice enough to let me in and talk to me for a bit as she put her other work to the side. I bought a few bags of coffee that were roasted only a few days prior and I've been brewing them ever since. The 100% Maui coffee is one of the most delicious cups I've ever tasted and their other blends are all also exceptional. I couldn't recommend any other coffee roaster over this one!“
“Such a cute coffee shop with great coffee and friendly baristas! We got an iced vanilla latte w/ oat milk and an iced brown sugar latte. Both lattes were refreshing and tasted wonderful! We also got the chocolate chip cookie and it was fantastic! Soft, chewy, and rich with a hint of sea salt made for the best cookie to eat with our drinks. Additionally, the views of the mountains while sitting on the patio with your coffee is to die for!“
“This is such a cute little coffee place. The coffee is so good, and the food is also very tasty. On a previous occasion i stopped by and had the avocado toast with a cortado. Delicious! I enjoyed my early morning breakfast and was also able to do some reading on my laptop. This visit I had a taro ube and a breakfast burrito. Perfect to satisfy my taste buds. The baristas are very friendly and they always greet the customers as they enter. People easily come and go. The vibe here is very relaxed. It's also a pet friendly place so it's great to sit and enjoy your coffee and admire all the different dogs entering. Some are regulars here and are offered a doggie treats. Parking is not a problem and there is wifi available. Early morning is best if you're an early riser. They're open from 7am to 2pm Monday through Sunday. Come and enjoy!“
“Love this place! It's near my job, so I go almost every day. Parking isn't all that great during the workday, but I walk it, so it's not too bad. When I come on the weekends there is a lot more parking. The staff is really friendly. Love the smell of the fresh coffee.“
“I really enjoy this place for coffee and sandwiches! My friend got the pastrami sandwich (pictured below) and the maple latte. I got the tuna melt (which I ate before I took a pic of) and the sweet & creamy. The sandwiches were really good with the side of chips and would recommend to anyone looking for not so heavy lunch. The coffee definitely hits the spot when needing that afternoon pick me up. I do like my coffee sweet (yes I'm a can I have some coffee with that sugar please) so I wish it was a bit sweeter but if you love that coffee taste (as do everyone) then would recommend!“
“I spent 10 days in Hawaii and had 2 coffees a day each at different locations this was by far the best coffee I had during my stay. The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast sandwich I got was all around perfect and made with love. 10/10 recommend“
“All good things. Pour over was good. All the food we had was great. They recommended the breakfast sandwich and it didn't disappoint - very filling. My kids had the Maffle and cinnamon bread thingy. I thought the cinnamon bread was more like a French toast, turns out it was more of a cinnamon roll - good but I would try something else next time. The maffle was the better of the two - it had a good crunch and very tasty with the ube syrup thing. Just wish we had sat in the courtyard to eat vs inside the shop. Next time!“
“The best coffee and patisserie in Honolulu (all of Hawaii infact one the best in US). Their pineapple coconut almond croissant is out of this world and kona coffe is too good. Kona coffee destroyed the coffee for me on the mainland US. I had to take a months break from cidfee to reset my tate buds. The variety and quality of their parties is awesome“
“There is a lot to admire here and well worth a visit. Owner Brian Burik is passionate about coffee and works closely with multiple local growers to obtain the best quality beans. Tradition recently opened a cafe onsite as previously operated only a roastery. The caffe latte was prepared elegantly and crafted in a medium roast style. I will confess to liking dark French toasts with Italian espresso notes. Premises are clean and industrially oriented. A very kind, professional young lady, Amber - Tradition’s first employee - provided a short tour including descriptions of the roasting process and each type of bean. Thank you Amber! The business is being built up via a series of onsite events as per attached picture. There is also a store in a loft area that offers quality local art, pottery and fused glass objets d’art for sale. Plenty of beans and coffee paraphernalia available for taking home and gifts. Brian is a retired FDNY first responder with his regalia adorning the premises and product names with FD themes. The scenic drive to get there is special as well. A 4 star review from me is a strong rating and I endorse this establishment which deserves your business.“
