“It's on base so I did have high expectations, however, they were not met, at least at 1st. We ordered on the self serve kiosk. A young lady came out and told us that the shake my husband wanted was not available and she did offer a couple of options, however, she was not clear in those options. As such, I went to the front counter to talk to a manager. The manager was fabulous and fixed everything so based on her service it would have been 5 stars!“

“The first time in history I've ever given MacDonald's a5 Star review. Nephi at the counter was super nice and brought the food to our table. It was clean... The cleanest I've ever seen at McDonald's. The food was exactly what you'd expect and consistency is key in fast food.“
