McDonald's in Kailua

“Drive thru is fairly quick & the staff is very friendly & patient. The location overall is a very pleasant experience. The included inside the restaurant which is always clean & not crowded. I Highly recommend this McDonald’s location specifically (in the heart of Kailua town) I have never been disappointed, the crew & the food are excellent representations of the standards set by the McDonald’s brand, its longevity & continued success after all these years.
Why it is as successful

Parking: Large spaces & decent number of stalls

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, Yes but no play land

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes very ADA Friendly“

“It's on base so I did have high expectations, however, they were not met, at least at 1st. We ordered on the self serve kiosk. A young lady came out and told us that the shake my husband wanted was not available and she did offer a couple of options, however, she was not clear in those options. As such, I went to the front counter to talk to a manager. The manager was fabulous and fixed everything so based on her service it would have been 5 stars!“

“12/10/2023 @ 730pm.The diet pepsi was terrible! Normally it's delicious - this evening it was not. Too much carbonation, not enough syrup. Don't cut corners McD's, we're counting on you to be good and fair.Merry Christmas to everyone ?“
