“It’s Christmas Eve … and I know it’s a busy day (breakfast & lunch switchover) and alot of customers … but I did a preorder on the app … for breakfast because my youngest daughter wanted sausage egg McMuffin . I promised her yesterday … but as I drove from base and almost to the McDonald’s like 10:40 it got canceled … I ordered before breakfast and lunch switch 1000 …. I told the sweet cashier she’s so nice I forgot the name lol but thank you and her manager who told me they only had 2 they can make and I was appreciated of whatever … I said thank you !!! And thanks to the staff but especially thanks to the cashier in front and the manager my daughter is so happy … little gestures & amazing customer service made my lil family happy !! #singlemomlife happy daughter & happy mom. “I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's. It was just about to be 10:30am, end of breakfast, but even though they were super busy during the late morning/breakfast rush, the team still let us order breakfast. Thank you guys so much! The drive thru was full, the counter had a smallish line, and people were picking up mobile orders. Despite all of this, the team was efficient and courteous. Amazing! And everything was clean during all of this. I appreciated the gentleman who took my order, unfortunately I don't remember his name. Thank you!“
