“I've only been through the drive-thru at this location, but can't really go wrong imo. Everything has been great, so that's reflected in my rating. Which Btw, I've been to kinda 'lower-tiered' ones: represented by kinda bad customer service, food taking kinda longer than you'd think, or food also not being the standard. For reference, I'm not picky and clean my plate anyways, but if I had to be picky about something... There it was. I also don't make complaints, unless I didn't get food. Haven't ever sent something back cause it wasn't good. I'm too shame to do that ?I think they have pretty much all the 'new' promos and things along those lines, as opposed to some locations I've been to that didn't have whatever was new or trending at all. Which to there benefit, isn't always going for long, or is til supplies last anyways.I think its pretty busy imo, but I'd say that the service is pretty fast and the staff have always been cordial and professional ? no complaints or anything that I would point out in particular.I'd think because it's 'isolated', the hours aren't 24/7, but I can't confirm. I've only remembered one time when I wanted and it was closed, could've just been for a cleaning? The next closest one that I can think of, is either by PCC (Polynesian Culture Center), or somewhere else. Good to note the time if you're gonna trek to somewhere (location). By that, I mean maybe call, as sometimes I've noticed that online schedules don't always reflect irl business hours ?Have seen this at the Longs in Hauula, close to where I live and frequent quite often. Their hours aren't the same online, so I'd always check somehow with someone that knows for sure.Vegetarian options: This is dependent on the restrictions of 'vegetarianism' the person is imo, so things like eggs and fish are on the menu, but I'd have to check with the individual. They have fries obviously, but only a side salad that I remember. They offer other salads I believe, but they come with a protein included. I'm assuming you can get that on the side, for sure, but I'd recommend another place for vegetarian food if I'm being honest.Parking: This location is a part of a 'shopping area'? I'm not sure what the term is, but it's like a 'mini-plaza' I guess: where there's multiple businesses, so there's a shared parking area/lot where you can find parking pretty much anywhere. The location also has its dedicated parking as well: handicap, regular stalls, /mobile-order/pick-up... I've never seen this place full (not the McDonald's, but the lot it's a part of in general, so even if the stalls of this location are taken, there'll definitely be spaces minutes away). I can't recall the exact number, but I'm guessing there's around 10-15 maybe? Maybe less for the dedicated business parking, but again, I don't think it'd be an issue imo.“
