“Great service and awesome workers. This mc.donalds was extremely busy, i went inside because i thought the drive through would take to long and they still got my order out fast and efficiently and the workers were still happy despite working so hard so early in the morning 😁“
“I usually go through drive through here and I’ve always had good experience with food & very friendly workers. Today I decided to dine in & I was literally shocked. My husband accidentally spilled his drink right as he got it. We asked for napkins and if we could get a refill and Elizabeth went above and beyond. She didn’t even make a face when we told her about the accident. We were going to clean it up ourselves but she chose to clean it and told us to enjoy our food and that it’s her job. It’s very rare to see people with her spirit, she’s one of a kind. Every other McDonald's that I go to, staff are rude and miserable. Elizabeth is bright and truly sweet! The kind of staff businesses need! I hope she gets a raise or a promotion.“
“KoKo & I eat McDonalds everyday for breakfast and dinner. This location hands down is one of the best McDonalds locations. The food always tastes good and well prepared, the bathrooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, the whole place is always nice & clean. Great ownership 👍“
“I want to give a shout out to Christine the manager at this location for her excellent customer service. She was able to be kind and compassionate and patient in resolving my issue. McDonald’s is fortunate to have her on board for sure! 🌺“
“McDonald's, not typically known for its healthy foods but lately with the $5 and $6 value meals has been a decent place to enjoy a quick and cheap lunch in Waikiki. Where the average prices can be as high as 17 to $25 for a lunch. This particular location is clean well managed and efficient in terms of getting food out. Even faster when you use the app for pickup.
Parking: If you're driving don't come here. No parking anywhere nearby. But, if you work here or staying in one of the nearby hotels easy walk.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp and all the usual ADA compliances.“
“So I stopped in to get a daily double meal, my go to quick grub. They messed up the sandwich, but I'm a good way LOL my double had 3 patties,I had never seen such a thing. I got a daily triple!!! Other than that the service here was friendly and prompt. I still wish you could add mac sauce to your sandwich at the kiosk. It's a pain force people to use a kiosk to order and pay then I still have to call a worker over to add mac sauce anyway. Just put a button on the customization options to add mac sauce. I know you can.“

“I recently visited the McDonald's located at 2915 E Manoa Rd in Honolulu, and I had a pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for dining. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly and accurately.
Overall, this McDonald's location offers a reliable spot for a quick meal, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. Whether you're grabbing breakfast or a late-night snack, it's a great choice for fast food in the Manoa area.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Being from NZ I just had to try except this branch happens to be in one of the coolest places on the planet. What impressed me was the process seemed very similar to what we would go through in NZ. Everything was recognisable including the screens and smells. This restaurant was in the middle of a busy patch when we visited so it took a bit longer but that didn’t bother me.
The food I must say was really good. I had a big cup of Dr Pepper which was new.“
“The Restrooms should be open for customers use....but customers are denied access the Restrooms . Especially when their done with dine in....most customers need use Restrooms. This is bad for business and I've noticed a decline in dine customers.“
“How can I begin to describe one of the most successful dang near monopolies on the market. Everything and anything you can desire that these golden arches hold thinnest walls. You better believe it's here. So you're getting to enjoy everything that mcdonald's brings to you and it's worldwide clientele, base, except for one special thing here.
You're enjoying mcdonald's in paradise and at one of the locations that's the closest to the harbor right here in waikiki hawaii.
Hot days?Yeah, all the time here I love the mixers and ice cream that they have.I enjoy a good oreo cookie reese's peanut butter mixer cannot go wrong when temperatures are over eighty five degrees all day long.
If it's food, I like to keep it light and hit a snack wrap, nothing beats a crispy crunchy, deep fried chicken strip wrapped in ranch cheese tortilla and my mouth. The employees are nice and welcoming. They allow for a quick seamless in and out fast food experience. The property is wheelchair accessible and premierly located right where it sits on the corner of harbor and ala moana blvd. Take time to enjoy this quick, fast food champion here in Hawaii. Enjoy be safe. Thank you for your time..
I must admit there are no bathrooms on the property. So this is not your savior for that specific issue“
“Very busy place. Lots of people from all over. The staff does their best to keep up with everything. Soda machine is often no ice because it's that busy. All the garbage bins overflowing, and there's even someone to change it. Hectic place- I give the workers credit for doing a great job.“
“Since we are in Hawaii, I wanted to try the SPAM breakfast. I like the idea of rice with breakfast. It was SPAM, eggs and rice, and McDonald's, fast and easy. My meal cane with fork and knife, salt and pepper packets and soy sauce, which was definitely needed for the rice. The kiosk was out of paper for receipts and sometimes they would call a receipt number instead of the table number.“
“Auntie Audrey in the Drive-Thru makes my morning every single time I see her. She is the light of that drive-thru. This lady needs a raise. McDonald's. I hope you have what you know on your hands because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't come to this location every morning.“
“Stopped by McDonald’s and it was exactly what I needed. Fast service, clean environment, and the food was fresh and delicious. The fries were crispy, the Big Mac was perfect as always, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered through the app and everything was ready when I arrived — super convenient. A reliable spot for a quick and tasty bite!“
“For a McDonald's situated right in the heart of downtown Honolulu, this location is surprisingly well-managed and serves its purpose perfectly. The restaurant was notably clean, which is a major plus in such a high-traffic area. Service was also quick; I didn't have to wait long for my order, making it an ideal choice for a fast, reliable meal break.
The only minor inconvenience, though entirely expected for a downtown spot, was the locked restrooms, which require a key from staff, a common measure to manage heavy foot traffic and loitering. Overall, for a clean, quick, and efficient fast-food experience in a busy urban core, this McDonald's is a solid four stars.“
“Love love love this McDonalds Hawaiians are so sweet and kind. They made all the food fresh and hot it was the best McDonald’s I’ve had along with Puerto Rico McDonalds and Japan McDonalds. I just wish the Hawaii exclusive items weren’t sold out“
“On my lunch break from an 8/hr job Orientation. Dining room was very accommodating and not too many peeps other than children enjoying & laughing and running around in the indoor playground. Was nice to be in that moment watching kids an reminiscing how I miss being a kid again. Lol“
“I would say I'm very thankful for McDonald's even though it's a fast food place with lots of noise and all kinds of people-- sometimes homeless people run in and out to use the restrooms or ask for meal.
So I feel rather comfortable there because I can just sit down and relax in the cool air conditioning with even just a fish patty if I don't want all the calories of the white bread. And then Iced tea that has no calories and no sugar. It's a refreshing place to recharge a bit without having to worry about how you look. The bathrooms
are usually kept clean, which is good.
A lot of teenagers after school go there, so it's kind of light-hearted.
It's a little bit like an Oasis, when there are no restaurants, really close that are inexpensive where you just want to sit down and relax a bit with something small.“
