“I think they should be aware of the people who are houseless and who haven't taken a bath , just sit there without purchasing anything. Usually it's okay but one time I went in and the whole place smelled horrible until one fellow left. I mentioned it to someone at the cash register.And she said she thought it was the mop , and so they didn't bother check around , although they were aware. It's like they're little sheep and they don't want to disturb anybody , but I believe in a restaurant , people should not just sit without purchasing, especially that kind of a situation where it really stinks up the place when you're trying to eat.“

“I usually go through drive through here and I’ve always had good experience with food & very friendly workers. Today I decided to dine in & I was literally shocked. My husband accidentally spilled his drink right as he got it. We asked for napkins and if we could get a refill and Elizabeth went above and beyond. She didn’t even make a face when we told her about the accident. We were going to clean it up ourselves but she chose to clean it and told us to enjoy our food and that it’s her job. It’s very rare to see people with her spirit, she’s one of a kind. Every other McDonald's that I go to, staff are rude and miserable. Elizabeth is bright and truly sweet! The kind of staff businesses need! I hope she gets a raise or a promotion.“

“I’m not a McDonald’s connoisseur, but I’ve seen a few in my day. This is by far the absolute best location. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Quick service. Food is always fresh. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be that it’s sometimes a little too cold in the sitting area. But I can remember to bring a sweater. :) mahalo“

“They’re really nice here. We have never had any issues with orders and have always been helpful when we have had any questions.

“Great service and awesome workers. This mc.donalds was extremely busy, i went inside because i thought the drive through would take to long and they still got my order out fast and efficiently and the workers were still happy despite working so hard so early in the morning 😁“

“McDonald's, not typically known for its healthy foods but lately with the $5 and $6 value meals has been a decent place to enjoy a quick and cheap lunch in Waikiki. Where the average prices can be as high as 17 to $25 for a lunch. This particular location is clean well managed and efficient in terms of getting food out. Even faster when you use the app for pickup.

Parking: If you're driving don't come here. No parking anywhere nearby. But, if you work here or staying in one of the nearby hotels easy walk.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp and all the usual ADA compliances.“

“The service is fast and I really like how cheap it is. Cashiers and staff are very friendly. Great place to get to know others who are also dining in too. The filet-o-fish is soft enough for elderly ones to enjoy and the cheeseburger is quite decent as well. The dishes can be simple and easy to enjoy.“

“So I stopped in to get a daily double meal, my go to quick grub. They messed up the sandwich, but I'm a good way LOL my double had 3 patties,I had never seen such a thing. I got a daily triple!!! Other than that the service here was friendly and prompt. I still wish you could add mac sauce to your sandwich at the kiosk. It's a pain force people to use a kiosk to order and pay then I still have to call a worker over to add mac sauce anyway. Just put a button on the customization options to add mac sauce. I know you can.“

“KoKo & I eat McDonalds everyday for breakfast and dinner. This location hands down is one of the best McDonalds locations. The food always tastes good and well prepared, the bathrooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, the whole place is always nice & clean. Great ownership 👍“

“they actually kicked out the crack head which was nice bc he was def super high and tripping. they were super busy and I actually got my order wrong they immediately fixed it. I also asked for my pie cook to order and they made it even in a rush even tho they already had like a full stack of pies I hate to be a Karen in places so when I am I try to leave good reviews. Whoever the lead lady is was great.“

“Nice place to eat, prices somewhat expensive compared to other areas, but justifiable considering its Waikiki location . Ordered a McChicken and waited 15 mins and 2 out of 4 kiosks were out of order . Food quality was good as like other locations but the service speed could be worked on . Some birds also entered the establishment which was pleasant but overall nice restaurant with some small things that could be worked on to improve the atmosphere and staff was kind and patient to customers .“

“We stop by almost every week and usually order through the McDonald's app. The app deals are decent and are often cheaper than other fast food places now.

Our 3½-year-old daughter likes going inside with me to pick up our order at the counter. She usually gets a plain hamburger and fries, and she's always excited for our McDonald's stop.

The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, and this location has been pretty consistent. Service is usually faster than at some other McDonald's around the island.

The dining area is clean and about as comfortable as you'd expect for a McDonald's. The employees aren't especially outgoing, but they've always been perfectly fine and we've never had any issues.

Parking can be a little more difficult than other parts of Salt Lake Shopping Center since there are fewer stalls nearby. We've always found parking.

High chairs are available. There's no play area at this location.

Overall, it's a dependable McDonald's that's convenient for a quick meal, and we keep coming back.“

“It's one of the best McDonald's. If you truly understand what it means to be understaffed or other situations that go against the service times and the restaurant been clean then you would appreciate people trying to serve you your food. These guys are the best.“

“Auntie Audrey in the Drive-Thru makes my morning every single time I see her. She is the light of that drive-thru. This lady needs a raise. McDonald's. I hope you have what you know on your hands because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't come to this location every morning.“

“The staff couldn't have cared less if we were there. A couple of guest (locals) made it known they were not happy with the line.
We wanted to try the local breakfast while in town. I will day the eggs are way better here than back in the main land states.“

“On my lunch break from an 8/hr job Orientation. Dining room was very accommodating and not too many peeps other than children enjoying & laughing and running around in the indoor playground. Was nice to be in that moment watching kids an reminiscing how I miss being a kid again. Lol“
