Hit or miss at this location, but I did see a ice cream cone melting on the counter. Drive up lady is super rude when asking for your code. McDonald's needs to invest in proper customer service or better people.
The kind lady at the drive though made my night. This is the first review I've ever left via yelp but the service was so good I have to. There was no more shortcake mcflurry option on the screen at the drive thru but she made the accommodations and I actually ended up ordering two lol. My girlfriend is pregnant and she loves this flavor and without the staff at this store I would've came home empty handed. 10/10 always coming to this store in the future.

This is a fantastic location. Workers English or hearing seemed off, AI will be easier to communicate with in the future. Please teach your workers to be less wasteful, McD -- there is no need to put a brand new lid on a refill. Workers don't seem to be enjoying their lives or customers-- are they getting paid enough? Or is it time for AI??
