I tried Thai Elephant last Tuesday and was impressed by how quickly they moved without the food feeling rushed.' I got the Pad See Ew, and the noodles had that wonderful burned flavor that you generally only find in sit-down restaurants!“

“This food truck is the best place for poké on Kauai! Charming relaxed atmosphere, DELICIOUS food at affordable prices, all next to an open building with great shops. Corn hole game for the kiddos set up near the covered seating area. All 8 in our group agreed that this was the place to eat! Visited 2-3 times during our stay. Highly recommend!“

“Justin, you and your team did a fabulous job for our Son's wedding rehearsal dinner! We are so grateful for all the hard work leading up to our event and for your careful attention to detail and responsiveness to our requests. The food was a wonderful combination of flavors and delicious in every way! Our family and wedding party loved and raved about it all! A few of the many items people keep raving about was the amazing Macaroni Salad and your special BBQ sauces. We all agreed they were the best we ever had! It was so nice to work with someone who goes above and beyond to make an event a success. It was a night all of our guests enjoyed greatly and will not be forgetting anytime soon. “For the past couple years, I have been traveling to Hawaii. During these past few years I have had a side mission: Find the best shave ice place. When I visited recently it defeated 1#. They put fresh fruit rather than ice cream on it and rather than waiting till the end they put flavor in the middle making it flavorful through. Therefore this place is 1# in Hawaii so far.“

“We were in town from KC during the superbowl and wanted some bbq for the game. We are a bit picky and spoiled with bbq but D's hit the spot! We had ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends, and brisket. Good portion sizes and great taste! All of the meat was the perfect level of tender without falling apart and had great flavor. The medium sauce was sooo good! A slow heat with a lot of flavor! Thank you D's for great food and friendly service! Don't hesitate and go get some delicious bbq in your life!“

“I tried the Pad See Ew with shrimp and it was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. The lady at the window was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. If you’re craving authentic, tasty Thai food, this is the spot. Highly recommend!“
“Everything was delicious, I would love to try everything on the menu, I think it’s all equally good!! The noodles are amazing and so are the people! I couldn’t decide between two of the dishes so they let us have a small sample of the plate I didn’t order (even though they were so busy!) so we could try it. Thank you!!“

“I ordered the blackened fish tacos and my husband ordered the AlPastor tacos. Both were incredible. We could really taste the pineapple in the Al Pastor. There are two sauces that he keeps outside and we added the red/spicy sauce on top and they gave the tacos a great kick! Food was made to order and very fresh!“
