Really good shave ice. The strawberry syrup is more like a nectar, giving a bold flavor. Other fruits are prepared as needed, again allowing for maximum flavor. Portions are very generous and easily shared by two people. Good enough that we went twice while on the island. This is not a snow cone!!! I love this place! I live down the street and it's a challenge not to stop by for a weekly treat.I've been a regular for 3 years now my favorite is the Chevron, a coconut lime concoction with chia seed cream on top.Tips: if you find a long line, take a walk through Koloa town and circle back.Go with the posted menu, this isn't a pick and choose situation like ordinary shave ice places...the flavor profiles are made with fresh local ingredients and the combinations are magic.Lastly,...read full review
