“Rainbeau Jo’s is truly a must-visit! From the incredible food to the amazing energy, this place is something special.

Beau was absolutely incredible. He remembered us, welcomed us with so much kindness, and has one of the most genuine, generous souls. You can tell he truly cares about the people who walk through the door, and that kind of hospitality is rare.

The food was delicious, and my husband said it was the best bagel he had on the island, which is a pretty big statement! But what makes Rainbeau Jo’s stand out even more is the people. The staff brings a level of excitement, love, and positivity that I have honestly never experienced anywhere else. The hype is real, and it is completely deserved.

If you’re on Kauai, do yourself a favor and stop here. You’ll leave with a full belly and a full heart. 🌈“

“I tried the Filipino cuisine for the first time. They had the shop setup next to Walmart. Tried their chicken and pork skewers. They were juicy and meat was soft, fresh.

We turned to the place 2 more times while on the island. I also tried their pork belly combo which was yummy as hell. It a must try place of you are food enthusiast :)“

“Ordered take-out on both Friday and Tuesday and had awesome food on both days. I got the bbq mixed plate, garlic mahi-mahi and Taro boba drink on Friday then had a Hawaiian plate, bbq mixed plate, dumplings and Lychee Boba drink this Tuesday all of which were excellent with very nice people operating this food truck. There are so many food trucks in this island but these guys are the best in my limited experience all for very little money.“

“Wife and I stumbled into this spot inside a bar and had no idea what to expect. We make it a point to try burgers everywhere we travel, and we’ve covered just about everything back home, so we know a good one when we see it. Smitty’s delivered.

Burger was cooked right, great flavor, and didn’t fall apart halfway through. The cook, who may have been Smitty himself, was super chill and actually took the time to talk through how he does his burgers without acting bothered.

30 minute drive from our hotel and easily worth it. This one stands out.
