“Hard to believe you can get such great sushi from a food truck. I’m partial to sashimi and it is always fresh, perfectly cut, and beautifully presented.“
“There is no seating. The options are incredibly limited. They didn’t have much stock when I showed up. Having said that, it‘s a great resource. A wrap in the fridge can come in handy if you can’t get to a restaurant before they close.“

“Great garden vibes! There was a mix-up and I got the buffalo chicken wrap instead of fish, but it was so fresh and mouth-watering that I didn't even mind. The outdoor patio is incredibly relaxing, filled with plants, birds, and friendly cats. Parking is very limited, but the delicious food and peaceful environment make it highly recommended!“

“We are Marriott Owners and stayed on property to enjoy the Royal Sonesta amenities. Kukui's bar opened up after their beautiful remodel.while we were there. I shared my thoughts with Anthony, who was the manager on site. Christmas Day was crazy busy and the staff kicked butt and did a fantastic job. Boy, were they hustling and still kept their composure and professionalism! The menu has been refreshed and had many great healthy options. The prices are standard for this type of higher end property. The breakfast menu offered many options and all that we tasted were beautifully plated and very delicious! Yes, there were hiccups, which is expected, but the staff did the best they could. I'm not going to mention what needed to be improved on yet. “Rainbeau Jo’s is truly a must-visit! From the incredible food to the amazing energy, this place is something special.
Beau was absolutely incredible. He remembered us, welcomed us with so much kindness, and has one of the most genuine, generous souls. You can tell he truly cares about the people who walk through the door, and that kind of hospitality is rare.
The food was delicious, and my husband said it was the best bagel he had on the island, which is a pretty big statement! But what makes Rainbeau Jo’s stand out even more is the people. The staff brings a level of excitement, love, and positivity that I have honestly never experienced anywhere else. The hype is real, and it is completely deserved.
If you’re on Kauai, do yourself a favor and stop here. You’ll leave with a full belly and a full heart. 🌈“
