“Staffs are friendly. This is my first time to visit. U basically tell them what u like and they will suggest you which combination you would order. All of the items look so good. I always wanted to try sesame Poke Ahi, sesame scallops, kimchi, stuffed chicken and pork Lau Lau with rice for my husband and I. Love all of them! “Chef Judy provided incredible service and a delicious, beautiful cake at our recent wedding. She went above and beyond, ensuring our wedding was perfect, helping us develop a backup plan on such short notice when our reception venue/food fell through last minute.

Our guests are still raving about the coconut cream filling. She was also very accomodating for several food allergies. Her attention to detail allowed us to focus on enjoying our special day. Thank you once again for everything!“

“This are by far the best tacos we’ve had in the island. We tried the pastor ones, asada and mahi mahi and they were very good. The green salsa they had went great with the asada tacos. We are Mexicans and know about real tacos so we really recommend this place.“

“Went to hukilau for 37th wedding anniversary. Oct 15. Was dying for prime rib. Didn’t care about price I wanted Prime rib so so bad. All we get here on Kauai is choice. There is no fat in the meat no marbling and you can’t cut it with a fork. You have to slice every bite. That is choice. And if you’re good with that. Then the rib is great. It was cooked perfectly. But I wanted the prime rib. Prime has fat all thru it and so tender the meat falls apart. Little pieces of fat around the edges and you can see the marbling in the center. I actually asked the waitress what was on my plate (which I have never ever done before) and she said it was prime she even went to the chef to check. He too said it was prime. I have cooked a lot of prime rib in my lifetime so I feel like I know what talking about but I felt like I was being blown off like an unknowing tourist. All I know is that my meat did not look anything like what is in the photo of their prime rib on the website with photos of their menu. Love this place otherwise. Been going there for 30 years. Incredibly nice waithelp and an incredible view for a romantic evening.“

“I visited about four times during a nearly month long visit to Anahola. Service was friendly and food top notch. I mostly got the cheese board. The price seemed high but comparing it to similar items on the east coast, the price was comparable considering the differences between east coast and Hawaii prices. The board had three good quality cheeses, salami, prosciutto, fresh berries, Kalamata olives, bread and other accompaniments. I usually sat at the bar and service was very friendly.“

“I was so excited to go here, and it was SO GOOD! Such a cute little restaurant and market. It was pouring when we arrived, but we got there right at opening, so no wait. I had the Tai Me Up cocktail, which was excellent. The deviled eggs with crispy Spam were beyond incredible—a must-order (though the flavor might rotate). I also tried the daily fish sandwich, which was perfectly crispy in the cornmeal, with a soft bun that just melts in your mouth—I absolutely loved it. The Ahi Au Poivre was incredible too, a fun and clever take on the classic dish, very well done. Service was friendly, thoughtful, and quick, the space is bright and airy. Hoping to come back, this place is a must!“

“Randomly ran into this place and it was total worth it. Great chat with the staff. Got the Sampler Plate and Mac salad. Shared it with my husband and it was more than enough.
Shredded beef and pork was tasty and I loved it in the BBQ sauce. The chicken was the juiciest, most tender I have ever had in my life! Could have at just a plate of the chicken. Ribs were also on point.
If you are in the area, go!
Also, I thought it was fun to have the little water guns for the chickens... You will understand once you go.
I did not try the self serve bar wall but definitely something to do next time.“

“Yummy! This was an absolutely pleasant surprise. I found them because their Ahi Wrap was featured on Food Network's: The Best Thing I Ever Ate. Admittedly, there were issues with our order with the food taking longer than normal, so we were offered a container of poke to say sorry! The fish was so fresh and delicious. I chose the fresh catch plate (Ono) and the dipping sauces that came with it were delicious, my mouth is STILL watering! Seating is limited outdoors, but definitely still warrants a stop. Parking is plentiful in the front and back of this shopping mall.“

“My husband and I have been eating our way through the menu and haven't had a bad meal ever! It's my favorite place to eat on the island. My personal favorites are the deep fried mac n cheese or fries poutine appetizers, the duck or lamb dinners and always the cheesecake with bacon toffee or chocolate pudding. Drinks are fantastic and I love the infused smoked effects that can be added or the sweet martini drink on the dessert menu that tastes like drinking a snickerdoodle cookie. They have the biggest selection of whiskey, bourbon, scotch and rye around. A definate must try! It's truly the BOMB! ❤“
