Amazing smash burger, I haven’t had better
Wife and I stumbled into this spot inside a bar and had no idea what to expect. We make it a point to try burgers everywhere we travel, and we’ve covered just about everything back home, so we know a good one when we see it. Smitty’s delivered.
Burger was cooked right, great flavor, and didn’t fall apart halfway through. The cook, who may have been Smitty himself, was super chill and actually took the time to talk through how he does his burgers without acting bothered.
