“In a strip mall next to Foodland, this is a family friendly diner with a welcoming vibe and nice staff.
Paniolo Chicken Salad and Loco Moco were favorites among the dishes we ordered. Next time we want to eat the Kim Chee burger.
Portions were a decent size, kids meals were awesome too. We plan to be back soon.“

“It’s been at least a year since we ate here. (We refuse to eat at the Kailua location as it’s grungy). Anela was our waitress. She recognized us and as ever her sweet bubbly personality was evident. She is always so kind and is truly an asset to the restaurant.“

“If you're hungry and want to satisfy some local comfort cravings, stop by Diner's by Upscale Hawaii in Kalihi. The food is so good and tender, portions are big and definitely worth the price. I love thet they open 24hrs.
I do wish they improve the customer service. Also the waiting is long.“

“Got the kimchee fried rice loco moco and banana bread pudding ala mode, both were so delicious. Staff is friendly especially Kristy, she provided the best service! She makes the best cocktails and shots!! Definitely would come back especially if I have kristy as a server again!“
