My first visit and this is strictly a take out place.I had the lemongrass Bahn mi and honey lemonade tea.Definitely will go back.Parking: Parking was easy on a late Saturday afternoon. Not sure during the earlier days during the week.
Tasty, affordable and friendly. It’s a hole in the wall but the people we met, staff and customers, were so friendly. My wife had the Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi and I had the Char Siu Bao Buns. Plus spring rolls. Fast and delicious. Great find.

Been searching for good food. FOUND IT! INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and patient with me as I ordered...there's so much to choose from.The Pork Bao Buns are something to be craving and day dreaming about. Generous portions of fresh ingredients. I ordered 2 Bahn mi, lemon grass & spring roll vermicelli noodle plate, 2 - 3pc roast pork bao bun and a side of pho dip. It was ALL good!Highly recommend.
