Very lax on customer service. I’m the third in line to order a customer comes after me and he gets serviced and another customer after me and she gets serviced although they were only purchasing bottled water I should have been acknowledged and taken cared of first. I just left without saying anything. Also another staff member was on the side fiddling with something should have put that aside and tend to customers.
I love this location because they actually let you have a sample prior to deciding which ice cream to purchase. They have everything in this location, ice cream & cakes & pints (to grab and go) and other delicious treats. Staff are friendly and helpful and greet you with a smile. The only reason I removed a star is sometimes the ice cream freezers (where they get the scoops to make your ice cream) are left open. Mililani baskin robbin has terrible customer service and bad quality shakes but this store is the opposite... extremely nice even tho it's busy and made the best shake
