Cashier friendly, food is good, location and prices are decent. Would be more stars if the young cook or kitchen helper didn’t walk in and out of the curtain leading to the cooking area without a mask. Everyone else, customers other workers using a mask. Why not him?
It's my fist time here and I decided to try the shoyu chicken since that's one of the dishes that's only available at the Kapolei location. The cashier was very helpful with my order. I didn't want a big plate so I just got a side order of shoyu chicken with onion rings. I got home and the shoyu kinna spilled in the bag. But that's my fault. I eat couple bites and it's okay. It's small kine dry. Then I took the skin off and that's when I saw that there's still feathers on my chicken....read full review

Haven't tried a plate lunch...always just go for the burgers. Burgers are tasty and huge! I think the patty is twice as big as the one you get from the kalihi location? Bob's meal is a burger, a huge pile of french fries and. 32 oz drink for $7.50! What a deal!
