“I’ve been on island (Oahu) for 31 years now, I’ve been to all the 4 and 5 star restaurants, this is easily the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever.! Food was excellent, establishment clean - fantastic and customer service even better. All the staff at this location are fantastic, the cashier and server, Chanel, a complete and total professional and a first class lady!“

“Great chicken, lousy service. But hey this is a road side grab and go. Chioices are simple, either half or whole chicken. With or with out sides. Chicken had great flavor, fresh off the rotisserie. Rice and side salad were nice compliments.“

“The local vibe here is lively, and the service is fast and efficient. Even though we were dining in, we didn’t have to wait long for our food. They use Pepsi Field drinks for their fountain refills, which is a nice touch. I ordered the 6-piece combo, which includes two extra sides and two drinks. It was enough for two to three people. I also added a side of their adobo fried rice. Everything was delicious and tasty. The employees on the floor keep the tables and dining area clean and ready, which is very accommodating. The location is also very convenient since it’s not inside the supermarket and there’s plenty of free parking at the mall. They’re also running a promotion and now offering a loyalty program, so there are many good things they’re offering!“

“Food is delicious as always. The disappointment was that I couldn’t use their app to get rewards OR to use rewards… I can understand it if it’s just not a thing at this location, BUT they are advertising the Rewards program on their windows… and yet they “don’t have a scanner” to scan the codes…“

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“

“Nice crew, but dated facilities. They are using the drive-thru cashier to accommodate customers dining in. It was so hot inside it had no AC, I wanted to eat inside but I just ate outside under the bus stop shade instead it was more cooler. I guess KFC Waianae is for people who drive-thru only, just like any other fast-food restaurants in the area.“

“Bought the $28 family meal deal. Chicken was all drumsticks and thighs and was perfect.had mashed potatoes and Mac& cheese for sides. I feel it's a much better value than the other chicken dinner meals from competing drive through restaurants.“
