Horrible and unsanitary! This mcdonalds location is smelly, dirty, inaccurate, wrongfully makes my orders, or ignores me for locals (I am a white male).

While I don’t normally review McDonald’s or fast food chains, this one is an exception because it was unique. In Hawaii, they serve breakfast with rice and spam which I found to be so much fun! I wish we had this option on the east coast. You also can’t beat the atmosphere when you’re surrounded by palm trees and mountains. Although everything else is typical, this is a McDonald’s I won’t soon forget!
Service was ok, got my order wrong but its okay, they was able to fix it right at the drive thru. Haven't had greasy food in awhile it was good😋

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food restaurant that offers a consistent dining experience. The parking lot can be slightly confusing, but there is ample space available around the entire restaurant. The restaurant's management may not always be on the same page, as one manager directed a customer to pick up their mobile order at the drive-thru, while another told them to pick up inside. The dining room was busy but clean. The cashier, Keoni, was patient and helpful, taking the customer's order exactly as requested. The wait time was reasonable despite the restaurant's busyness. The food was hot and enjoyable, although there was an issue with an order for a BACON Double quarter pounder with cheese meal, which was given without bacon despite the high price of $16. The old lady who handed the order was noted to be nice. Parking is good, practically around the entire restaurant, and accessibility is on both ends for wheelchair users. The cost of an espresso shot is almost 4 times the cost of other McDonald's on the island.
