“Being from the mainland (St Louis, Mo area)and having some of Pizza Hut‘s cardboard pizza that taste like garbage, I was pleasantly surprised that the particular Pizza Hut reminded me of the Pizza Hut in my area from the 70s and 80s. It’s the best Pizza Hut pizza I have eaten in the last 20 years. And I really wish the folks that work at this one would teach the rest of them how to actually make a pizza that tastes great rather than the cardboard garbage or selling us in the continental 48 states.“

“I am giving 4 stars because, I had an issue with waiting 15 mins for fresh, then the pizza not being fresh after the wait. That's not the reason for my review. I am reviewing because the manager on duty named Shy was outstanding! She went above & beyond & was happy to make it right. Her customer service was excellent & she even walked the pizzas out to me with extra napkins. Hard to find young workers like her with such a great disposition. Keep up the good work shy!“

“This place is an absolute gem. We stumbled in with two hangry kids after figuring out that the place we intended to go wasn’t going to work. What a win! The food was fabulous, prices were unexpectedly reasonable, but best of all, the two gentlemen working there were so kind, completely chill, and made it a great experience for adults and keiki. We’ve been traveling in the islands for about a week, and this place is our favorite find. 10/10. Highly recommend.“

Almost turned down pizza because the only time I ordered from the Hilo location (since their move) I not only got bad customer service but the pizza was nasty. The pizza tastied like garbage with a doughy texture like wet dog. As long as the Kinoole location is around I will remain a customer.“

“The Gyro's were amazing. Not as good as Danos Doner but for what you get and the price, its definitely worth trying. I am not a fan of lamb but the mixture of beef and lamb hides the lamb flavor well. Keep up the great work. Only Gyros available anywhere that I know of. Mahalo.“

“Tried your place for the first time yesterday. We just moved to Fern Forest, so you're now our closest spot to hit up for a pizza fix. Guys! We feel so lucky that you're our neighborhood pizza place and just a 5-10 minute drive away because your pizza is AMAZING, the best we've had on the island so far! The flavor and texture of the dough was particularly delicious - yeasty, chewy, crispy and perfectly golden. We look forward to hitting you guys up on the regular.
