The dishes were clean, straightforward, not overly seasoned, and not greasy. The staff were also extremely friendly, and easy to have a conversation with!”

“Locally owned and operated family restaurant. Fair prices, healthy portions, properly cooked food, good service, and clean environment. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I had the Loco Moco plate and my family had the breakfast plates plus a cheeseburger. Bacon was delicious. Eggs cooked perfectly over medium. Burgers cooked through and not burnt. I wanted to add a little salt and hot sauce to my plate but it was good without as well.”

“Hidden gem on Big Island!! Really good selection, including green coffee beans, and by far the best pricing as well. They also have macadamia nuts, macadamia toffee, coffee chocolate, and cacao! Emmerich and Maggie are happy to chat and teach about the coffee as well as recommending other local spots. Hours are flexible but generally 10a-4p (can call to check as well). It is cash/check only and no ATM on premises. The location on maps is correct, but keep an eye out as the warehouse is shared with a granite company (left side granite company, right side Captain Cook Trading Co). Highly recommend stopping by!”
