My wife and I were walking to Cupies to try their food for the first time. We saw some food trucks near by and thought we would take a look see. We decided to try Da-Soriano Grindz instead of Cupies. Amazing food, one of my favorite Maui meals. The guy at the truck looked me up and down skeptically when I, a white boy, ordered the pig intestine skewer. Joke's on you bro, it was delicious!
went at a quiet time, service was quick and food was excellent. had the baked salmon and the folks very kindly put it on Pancet at my request. Portions were generous and enjoyable. Kids and wife liked how the dish tasted also.
