About Hungry Coyote

The Hungry Coyote, previously located in Lahaina, unfortunately suffered damage in the Maui Lahaina fire. The restaurant was known for its delicious food, made with fresh ingredients and a personal touch. The enchiladas combo plate, featuring chicken, pork, and steak, was a standout dish. The owners, a wife and husband team with experience in high-end restaurants, were praised for their top-notch food and attention to detail in both flavor and plating. The Hungry Coyote is missed and it is hoped that they will be able to rebuild and reopen in the future.
