Got to try during their soft opening. Didn’t really feel like a soft opening cause Adrian the server was outstanding, clearly no kinks to work out. Attentive, friendly, good recommendations, great with kids. The setting is set back by the pool area overlooking lush landscaping and the pool and waterfall. Food looks great but the taste has a lot to be desired. With the name Roy attached to this restaurant, I was expecting a lot more. Missing menu items on the first week open is not a good sign but I came to give this place an honest review. My verdict is a strong pass for special occasions. The Crab Mac Nut fish was over cooked and its crusted topping was in consistent. The sauce was flat and bland and that Jasmin rice I did not know whether to cry or laugh.
