“LOVED IT!!!! who would of thought the best Mexican food I have ever had, would be in a remote village on the Big Island?I don't say this lightly.I have lived in Texas, Nevada and California.There Is something truly special about this taco truck!It must be a combination of great ingredients,Put together by great people,on a mission to make the most tasty and savory food.If You are in Pahao, and craving wonderful mexican food, PANCHOS TACOS is beyond a doubt the place you want to visit.On some days their are tables st up to sale honey, cookies and other options.Parking: in a park.Kid-friendliness: its in an area with grass for childeren to play on.“

“Ok wow. So we're staying in Pāhoa and were curious to check out the food trucks in town. Pretty sure we were the first customers, but we ordered brisket sandwich with Cole slaw and chips. The brisket is so tender and delicious. There was plenty for the sandwich and then some left over to just munch on. The flavor was great and it was the perfect pit stop before heading out to Hilo. Out of the two food trucks we tried in the area, this was by far our favorite and exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend supporting this small local business that serves incredible bbq! “This is a food truck, located in the Waikele Shopping Outlet lower parking lot. No seating - walk up , take -out, only. We had the Lemon Grass Chicken Sandwich on the French Roll - one of our favs. Very crunchy, plenty of filling , very flavorful and just the right size to fill you up.“

“Tacos are pretty good, but it's very slow. Last time we waited for nearly an hour (55 minutes) to the point that when I approached to see what was going on they tried to take my order. EDIT: THEY TEACHED OUT AND GAVE ME A REFUND. Obviously they care about their customers. I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and raise the rating until next time.“
