Ok wow. So we're staying in Pāhoa and were curious to check out the food trucks in town. Pretty sure we were the first customers, but we ordered brisket sandwich with Cole slaw and chips. The brisket is so tender and delicious. There was plenty for the sandwich and then some left over to just munch on. The flavor was great and it was the perfect pit stop before heading out to Hilo. Best smoked meats on the island. Open Friday from 11 to sold out. Loved the smoked beef ribs with beans and potato salad. They even had gluten free options, which can be hard to find on the island. If you love southern BBQ you have got to try it out.
