“A bit noisy because of the wooden floors and active bar making blended drinks. But the service and locally sourced food is superb. There are other table locations within the restaurant that are probably quieter than the one we chose right up front at the windows.“

“Slightly off the main road, but certainly worth the detour. There is free parking across the way where the park is and a crosswalk nearby, so there was no hassle getting there. Excellent service and great ambiance. There was good entertainment in the picnic table area on a Sunday night. The crispy tofu sliders and the happy nachos were great options. They also gave us some bonus food items that were also fantastic. Never had anything like this food before, but would highly recommend. Purple lemonade was perfect, not too sour or sweet, tasted homemade. Absolutely will return here before leaving Hawaii.Parking: Park across the street in the parking lot next to the park. Then use the crosswalk on S. Kihei. Short walk and free. This was in the evening and on the weekend.“

“This is an excellent little Korean spot you'll certainly miss if you aren't looking for it. Nestled in a quiet shopping plaza, the it's worth searching out. The (I assume) owner was really great with the customers in front of us and with us making sure people knew what to order. The kimbap size is impressive! Worth it and great flavor.“

“Hidden Gem: Fish House Food TruckReview:During our 20-day trip to Hawaii, we stumbled upon the Fish House food truck, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. Not only were the fish tacos incredibly tasty, but the prices were also reasonable, making it one of the few standout food trucks on our journey. For a reasonable price, we were treated to flavorful fish tacos that left us craving more. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful preparation truly set Fish House apart from the overrated options we encountered elsewhere. It was refreshing to find a food truck that not only lived up to the hype but exceeded our expectations. If you're in Hawaii and craving some delicious seafood at fair prices, Fish House is definitely worth a visit.“
“Very popular food truck in Maui. It is located near Costco and there are several other food trucks in that location. Green curry chicken, pad Thai were very good and recommended. There are seating benches where you can enjoy your food from any of the food trucks at the location.“
“Fabulous experience. We are not adventurous diners so the Chefs Table experience really stretched our comfort zones. That being said, we will definitely return. It is very expensive at $194 per person so probably would not go with large group or family. Still a great experience with attentive chef, waiter and other chefs. All did a great job of explaining the different courses ( there were 6). Enjoyable experience.“

“Didn't I review this place yet? Nice spot in the Haiku Marketplace with picnic tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Great selection of local favorites and daily specials. The Asian ladies will treat you right no matter what you order. Easy parking too.“

“Came for Korean food, but ended up ordering off the Filipino menu, and it was bombbbbb. Definitely not a place for ambiance or menu cohesion, but it is authentic, dank, street-food quality Asian food. Try one of their Filipino soups!!Parking: Huge strip mall style parking lot“

“Oh my, what a delightful surprise this food truck was. Nestled amongst a half-dozen we opted for them and ordered the #1 braised short rib bowl... primarily because it's one of my absolute favorite meats. It was tender, delicious, lean, and plentiful... a home freakin run. Wished we could've hit it one more time!“

“Came here late at night on a random weeknight. The service was excellent. I'll also call out their drinks which have a good selection of alcoholic and zero proof which is really fantastic for those who aren't drinking for whatever reason. For food it was pretty good. I had the ramen and my wife the green Papaya salad with the Salmon. My ramen was fine nothing super great but my wife loved her salad. The hurricane fries were also super good.Vegetarian options: So vegetarian options are pretty limited. There a couple small plates that are vegetarian but outside that all the main courses are meat or have meat in them that can't really be removed.Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free and they have a dedicated gluten free menu.Parking: Ok so this parking lot is rough. I would ignore Google maps instructions and go behind the restaurant which has a much longer and easier parking lot. The main one right in front of the restaurant is packed and very busy. Plus the street is a nightmare“

“My wife and I dropped in for a mid-afternoon lunch. We were happy with the cleanliness of the place, and it is nice and bright. The specials were posted outside and the Kalei's Bento sounded great. We got it and a chop salad with no protein to split. It came with Mochiko Chicken, Prawns, Beef, and Macaroni Salad. We wished we hadn't got it to split... Wow was it good - every bite was excellent! The staff were friendly and greeted everyone as they came in the door. The were happy to answer questions about the food for those not familiar with it. We'll be back!Parking: The shopping area parking is free and plentiful when we were there.“
