“So it’s like this… Kua ‘Aina Sandwich Shop has got to be the best burger for the job if you’re hungry amidst shopping for all the great gift ideas!! Bacon burger with all the fixings and also with the green chili Tabasco is mayjah and it scratches the itch every time. Really good as a medium rare burger. So juicy!! One of my favs!! Kudos!!“

“I very unfortunately placed an order at this location from Pennsylvania. Clearly a mistake of my own. After waiting 6 hours (due to the time difference) I called to cancel the order and the Assistant General Manager was so kind and understanding. To be fair, I can’t speak for this locations food or atmosphere, but I can say the service was quality!“

“Honestly the best place for burgers, fries, and that mustard mayo secret sauce! Also you have to try their FREEZES. Ask for the secret menu of shakes and Freezes and you won’t be disappointed! All these lower then 5 star ratings don’t know an amazing HOLE IN THE WALL drive in is even if it was in the name! This is a staple of Waianae and we need to keep these mom and pops going if we want to experience nostalgia every time we eat at places like this! Go support, go enjoy, and go order up so they can continue to feed us ONO ONO burgers and fries !“

“Waianae McDonald's is bringing the Aloha... went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window an item was not available , the manager gave a refund and a replacement item...WOW!!! Now that's how a manager shows customer appreciation!!! Five stars to the manager for keeping everybody happy!!!“

“Mililani Mauka location is a well run McDonald's store. Alfred has been training for Asst. Manager and does a wonderful job treating guest with respect and is also very friendly. Inside service is pretty fast, along with double lane drive-thru and 3 curbside pickup parking spots“

“Burger Kings hamburger buns aren't that great at all kinda dry but the bbq flavor makes up for it as the burger with cheese was pretty tasty. The staff nice it was extremely busy n the order was made promptly and correct. The onion rings so awesome 💯 it was clean in dining room.“

“Just like any other McDonald's. The service can be a little bit slow, but the workers are great. The only thing is that when we claim our rewards, it isn't given to us. The drive-thru person said they did not get it, but the points were already taken from our apps. We let it go because it's just a reward, and most likely, it's the computer glitch. We were just a little disappointed.“

“It's a Burger King. Restaurant is clean, employees have always been polite, and service is quick. Even when the line backs up for lunch it doesn't take very long. Never had an issue with a bun breaking apart like the other review, not sure what that's about.“
