Merlinas Kitchen located at 1203 Whittier Avenue, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786. A Vietnamese restaurant that serves noodles and many pork options. The pork with gravy was their most popular plate however, I went for the fried pork with noodles. Very simple and very delicious. If in the area it’s a lil good hole in the wall to try out.
This place is a hidden gem! Don't be fooled by its outward appearance! The Lechon is some of the best I've ever had! Very moist yet still crispy! If youre going to visit Dole you should definitely hit this spot!!
When the original merlina owner food the was a must now so so ladies can be rude and no more scoop rice with gravy but it's a childhood spot that will always hold a special place in my tummy.
