“More a place to pick up then to dine in unless you're there for a quick bite. I used to stop at the original Jersey Mike's on the way to the beach in New Jersey when they were just a mom and pop store. It's great to see the American dream is still alive!“

“Their food is great 90% of the time. Service is friendly and quick. They give you a buzzer which lights when your order is ready. Seating is open air, nothing fancy. They have a restroom which is much appreciated. Ample parking. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays. I love their sandwichs when the bread is fresh and the daikon and cilantro crisp!“

“Reading the negative reviews really surprised me. We’ve been going to that specific location at least once a week for about 6 weeks now and two of the women are polite, no small talk, which is fine with us, and the other which I am guessing is the manager? She’s friendly and engages with small talk. The ingredients for the sandwiches taste and look much fresher and this location is pretty clean, compared to the Kahului Subway ( next to Maui Mall.) We went to Maui Mall Subway couple weeks ago and the counters looked a bit dirty, it seems like they don’t wipe it down as often as they should, and the drink area was disgusting. They definitely need to upkeep that store. We will stick with Wailuku Subway for sure!“

“It's a bummer that they don't have musubi anymore (bring it back?), but my favorite thing to get when I'm flying out of OGG is a hot dog from this place. I used to get a musubi AND a hot dog. Reliable and friendly, nothing fancy, it's exactly what a hot dog truck in an airport ahould be.“

“The club sandwich I ordered was to come with bacon. I had to tell the employees 3 times that the sandwich came with bacon. Then, the employee at the register was going to charge me extra for the bacon. This Jersy Mike's doesn't train their employees.“

“BRAND NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNER! This store has completely turned around, all new staff, overall refresh. The sandwiches are generous with toppings, I always go for the meatball marinara. Service is quick. It's located back in the shopping center. Anyway, check it out again, the people sure seem happier too now. Big change!“

“My wife and I went today for lunch and there was only two workers and a long line, but they made it happen😁 Amelita helped us by making our sandwiches, and rung us up too. She was calm, smiling and deserves a raise, very good worker! The other girl was helping, but looked like maybe she was a new worker. Thank you for the great sandwiches!! God bless“

“There are no issues in the food and atmosphere. The 2 issues I have are that one of the workers needs to know who is next in line, and she grab a sandwich from the oven that belongs to a person who is second in line of me. I told her I'm in line first, but didn't even try to make the correction. The second issue is that they need to clean the tables and throw the trash out.“
