The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Kehalani is a unique experience, like an escape room, where finding the drive-through can be a bit tricky. Despite the initial confusion, the frozen blended matcha was delicious, tasting like a vanilla ice cream shake with matcha powder. The service is great, and the staff are friendly, with excellent customer service. The food is even better than Starbucks, and the overall atmosphere is clean and welcoming. While there are some issues with online ordering not being available yet, the hope is that this feature will be added soon. A visit to the store is recommended to fully experience the ambiance and maybe find something new to try, even for those who are not fans of matcha.
