They really need to do basic customer service training with person at window collecting the payment - female with glasses and visor NEVER EVER smiles or says thank you. Several other workers there also don’t seem to have customer service skills down so managers/owners need to retrain and remind. McDonald's offers a drive-through service where customers can order ice cream and oatmeal. The ice cream order was a positive experience due to the friendly service from a staff member. The restaurant also charges for drink refills and encourages the use of self-service kiosks, though there is still a refillable soda fountain. The transition to a more online experience seems to be ironing out the kinks. Everyone working there is friendly, with exception of a couple orderlys. The drive-thru is quick, making it convenient for a swift meal. This location is one of the best locations frequented, and has ample places to recharge your phone or laptop.
