“We hit this place to grab a quick, inexpensive bite after a long day of travel. We got great food and great service. The atmosphere is not the most awesome, but the owner and his wife were wonderful. Quick and simple. Had the hamburger steak, and I might try the Korean BBQ next time.“

My brother had low exemptions since it was stuck to a building that was a store it was awesome. Good customer service. Great food, just a little big. “Food came in a timely manner and person in front was super nice. The only annoying part of it was there was a manager by the name of BELLE who embarrassingly was talking so loud about other managers(probably in another location, she's usually in Kihei), talking about no ones like her, and this certain manager doesn't know what their doing, just going on and on about stuff, and talking to her workers with no respect and absurdly LOUD for everyone in the dining area to hear. To me, your a manager, why talk about the next one with other workers and speak LOUD for anyone to hear your conversation, it's embarrassing & rude. This isn't the 1st time she's talked like this, in the kihei location she spoke rudely to a customer and made sure she had no remorse either. She needs to learn some etiquette when it comes to a place of business and even more so, how to ACT as a manager rather then degrading other managers and talking smack about your workers. SHAME!!!!!“

“I’ve always had a good experience eating the food here, typically I walk in and order to take home. I’ve always ordered BBQ/teriyaki chicken, hamburger steak and the duck. I have never been disappointed with the quality and authenticity, I would Highly recommend checking it out. Definitely try the duck at some point, it is so ono.“
“As you may or may not know, McDonald's has different local offerings depending on the location. This McDonald's inside Walmart in Kahului is no different! Their local offering was was rice, eggs, and Portuguese sausage, as well as Spam! It was really good and really filling! We went here before going to Pineapple and Distillery tour in HaliiMaile, and we were stuffed for hours! The only negative was that they didn't have Taro pies when we went! It's either because the promotion is finished or they ran out ;( Next time!“
“I'd give them a 5 but they kept the dining room closed past 10am. The sign on the door says it's open from 6am to 10pm. I understand being understaffed but at least put up a note saying that the dining room will be closed so people don't wait around for nothing.I edited my score from 1 to 4. The owner reaching out to me was appreciated. Again, I understand being understaffed and even support closing down dining rooms if needed as long as a note is posted. These are strange times we live in and we will all need to adapt.“
“Dino is the man!! And his food is absolutely incredible. Seriously- one of the best meals we’ve had in HI and he’s making it out of a food truck. My only regret is that I didn’t find him earlier so I could have eaten more meals here!! Do yourself a favor and come eat here!“

“I had the yummy hurricane rice and my husband had the flavorful Kalua Pork. Both were made fresh and so delicious. There are picnic tables behind with stunning views of Elephant rock and Kahakuloa village. Had a nice, familiar conversation with the man who took our order and his wife, Amanda, the beauty behind the menu. Wonderful people! Will definitely brave the north shore road anytime for this meal again, and will try their smoothies next time. Tip: please be considerate and respectful by driving with aloha as you pass through the neighboring villages.“
