I visited for the first time in February of 2023 and loved it. We didn't have an agenda other than to relax. Getting ready to make our second trip next month. Is it fancy? No, but the peace is worth more than gold. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay....wait, why am I telling you all about this place? Yes, we love Bellows. It has been our favorite place on earth since 1972 but why oh why did you cut down so many trees. What a loss! We were there in May and were so sad to see the state of ragged tree trunks everywhere and no shade in which to relax and picnic. Could this not be done gradually with new trees planted on a rotating basis?
ABSOLUTELY LOVED BELLOWS! What a jewel of a place and very gracious to have access to such a spectacular destination.

Bellows Air Force Station is a top-rated beach on the windward side of Oahu, accessible only to those with military ID. Visitors often enjoy the peaceful environment, making it a hidden gem for relaxing days by the water. Dogs are welcome, and amenities like larger dog water dishes are available at the shopette. Overall, Bellows offers a quiet, family-friendly experience with convenient amenities and a friendly atmosphere.
