I got the combination, number 9. Really good fish, excellent shrimp, great service.
Ordered the snow crab and Thai tea, very tasty food and very nice. Local favorite as well. Crab was partially cracked so easy to eat, well cooked and flavored. Fresh cabbage salad and rice.
Got the seafood boil platter as a birthday treat. Totally broke da mouth!!! Sauce was soooo good and the clams and corn were amazing. All of them were.

Da Seafood Boil Waimea is a food truck in a small town near Waimea. The snow crab is very tasty, partially cracked, well cooked and flavored, served with Thai tea, fresh cabbage salad and rice. The seafood boil platter is a birthday treat, with sauce that is so good, plus clams and corn that are amazing. The deep fried combination plate and the crab fried rice are both excellent, with fish that tastes fresh and fries with a lovely crispy coating. The number 11, Spicy garlic shrimp, comes with a scoop of rice and cabbage, and the sauce is spicy and delicious. The spicy shrimp platter has a spice level like a medium plus with a little sweet. Portions are very generous, prices totally reasonable, and the service friendly, welcoming and kind. A few chickens wander the eating area.
