Coffee or Tea? in Waipio is one of those local spots that keeps me coming back. I ordered the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea and the Ube Shake, and both were excellent. The Tiger Sugar Milk Tea had the perfect balance of creamy milk and brown sugar flavor with chewy boba, while the Ube Shake was rich, smooth, and packed with real ube flavor without being overly sweet.
