“Usually the Waipahu location is pretty good. Service, delivery, product. The only complaint I have is that when the garlic sauce is kept in the pizza box, it completely melts, lids unseal and leaks everywhere! The last couple times we requested the garlic sauces be kept separate, and it makes a huuuuge difference. Ordered online and put a note for the driver to keep them out of the box. The first 2 times I had the same driver and he paid attention and put it in a little plastic bag. It was perfect! It was like how it used to be! Thick and creamy, not just liquid. It was like when the pizza was just the insulated bags. (I know, I used to work there). Don't know what type of bags/containers are used now, but it must have something to keep it warm. Now it just melts the sauce into butter. This time the driver didn't read the note….and this is exactly why it should be kept separate. Please, PLEASE keep the sauces separate…for everyone l’s sake! Couldn’t upload the photos…They’re in the comments. This is literally in the time from getting it, to opening it and being disappointed 😏“

“Usually like their pizzas there last time I went in the staff was not as friendly. I’m nice when greeting don’t know if that is how they supposed to be since it’s from Boston from Boston. As a New Yorker I get Living on the mainland you see a lot of different attitudes. Pizza is great.“
