Food cold on two separate visits. Basic restaurant skills: hot food hot, cold food cold. This is a health department concern with food borne bacteria. Since this happened on two consecutive visits about a month apart, it speaks to unsafe food handling practices as a habit.
The morning manager really cares about the customers she serves. She just went out of her way to make things right in a situation that was completely out of her hands. I appreciate that she actually cares. I will be returning to this location.
If going south and north Ankeny Boulevard, need to turn several blocks early or a couple of blocks south of McDonald’s to get into the north bound traffic lane.
