“Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny. I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered. I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink. The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”. I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed. Thank you!“

“Amazing!!! We had a really good time. My son is definitely autistic severely and very antsy and also likes to throw things. The waitress was so sweet. Also, the people around were really sweet as well and understanding what we were going through but also helping us keep my son, calm and comfortable. Just thanks to everybody around.
