“Alex treated us right at his fine mead establishment. After a glass of the purple moon, we couldn’t resist the urge to enjoy a flight of five other meads, which we throughly enjoyed. This is the best mead we have ever had and the beer is amazing too. Bootleg offers a cozy atmosphere with live music and great selection of music afterwards. We received a private viewing of the amazing grand Mississippi River too. Although we were just passing through, we will be back. We highly recommend Bootleg Hill Honey Meads. Oh, and did I mention they are one of three Meaderies in the State? Thanks Alex!“
“GreenTree is a family friendly, and welcoming place with an awesome atmosphere and over the top service. The beer is excellent with a great rotation of fun and seasonal brews! And to top it off mans best friend is always welcome (talking about dogs). I recommend checking it out, there’s always something going on and you’ll probably make some new friends!“

“Gotta say I just love this place. Not in the quad cities that often, but when I am, one place I never miss is Wake. The beer is great, the vibe is laid back, and I can take my 80 y/o mother in law or 22 year old Iowa Hawkeye nephew, and both do just fine there. Great job and keep it up. See you again at Christmas.“
“This is my absolute small batch brewery. A long with that are 20ish guest taps along with the 5-7 of their own, finding a better choice will be a hard find. I've been going here for at least 6 years when I can. Never have I been disappointed!“
“What a great spot! Met two friends for a couple beers and pizza. The patio was perfect. Got two different beers and a 12” pizza. All three were delicious. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Hope to go back soon. The inside is cozy and welcoming but plan to enjoy the late summer weather on the patio.“
“The guy who served us was awesome. He was super welcoming and attentive. The beer was great, too. This brewery is very unique, as it has more of a bar-vibe and also includes offerings beyond beer. If I wasn't just passing through, I'd love to visit again.“

“Have been coming to Bent River for over 2.5 years now and have never been disappointed. The building is clean and such a fun environment. We have been blessed several times with Debbie as our waitress and she is amazing! Very hospitable and always on her game! We will be back many times!“

“My cousin had her graduation party here. It's a great option because it lets you bring in your own food. So you just pay for the room and the bar bill. I believe the room was $300 for 4 hours. That also comes with a bartender. They do not serve food at this location. I do love that this bar is dog friendly. The uncommon Stout is my favorite beer here. They also sell it in bottles to bring home also they sell growlers. They also have outdoor seating. You can also bring your own food here as long as you drink their beer.“

“I order from here often. Food is good — just can be very inconsistent. I can tell there are multiple chefs who cook things very differently which makes each food taste significantly different. Green beans are often undercooked as well. Just wish the food tasted the same as I can definitely tell some of the main cooks care more than the others and follow original recipe where others seem to cook it “their” way and it’s not as good. Like sometimes I’ll get a tomato sauce and other times I’ll get a bbq sauce.. it is weird.“

“Everything we had was absolutely delicious! Chef Juan did it again! We had cheese curds, valentina and asada tacos, and the truffle & beef sandwich! Food was perfect! Drinks were great, staff was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back!“
