“i gotta say, it is hard to find good quality/homemade food nowadays. i'm SO HAPPY the village corner deli is just that!! i'm from the east coast, & this is the closest/best sandwich shop that's similiar to east coast deli's. i got the new yorker & their homemade chili & it was SO GOOD!!!!!! once you go to the village corner deli you won't fuhgeddaboudit!!<3 10/10!!!!!“

“I would like to say that the group of people working there on the night of 9/7/22, around 5:30 pm, were the best! I don't go to Hungry Hobo very often, and I don't know the menu very well. Well, my 11 year old wanted a cold, ham, swiss, lettuce and tomato sandwich, which was the #8. Me, not being very well versed in the menu, accidentally ordered her the hot ham and swiss sandwich.....When the food came to the table, she was upset. We told her to eat it but she wouldn't. So, recognizing that it was my fault and that I had ordered her the wrong sandwich, I took the sandwich up to the counter and said to them that I ordered her the wrong sandwich, and then placed my order for the correct sandwich. The young gentleman at the counter told me that it would be no charge. I insisted on paying for it since it was my mistake. He insisted that I don't pay for it. The whole crew in the kitchen were very understanding as well. I wanted to write and say thank you. It was very refreshing to see such hard workers and young gentleman. They treated everyone with kindness while we were there. I even gave the young gentleman a tip. Keep up the great work!“

“Food is a 10 out of 10, service is a zero out of 10. Our service was Maddie and she needs to go back to waitress school. She is absolutely horrible, if I knew she was going to be my waitress the next time I went I would never go again. “My husband loves Thai food, but unfortunately is allergic to garlic. He was so disappointed that his work was going to Lemongrass because he wouldn’t be able to eat. Little did he know that they were so accommodating & asked to made his dish without garlic. Thank you so much for being so kind. We will be back often. 🤍“

“Wednesday January 18th 2023 we were seated at our table after 45 minutes no one had come to ask what we wanted to drink or eat the waitress walked by us many times but never stopped then she went to people who were seated after us and waited on them we got up and left will never come back“

In the warmer months there is outdoor seating to catch a few rays and sun vitamins. Vibrant celebrates the Quad Cities and supports the local schools. Check out their gift shop. “We were staying in Iowa, but we had to go to Illinois for a tender loin and made rite sandwich. Not far from the interstate, a cute dinner atmosphere, and pretty big portions. We opted for the bigger sandwiches on the menu and shared. The service checked in a few times. Definitely recommended.“

“While running errands, I stopped at Panera for some lunch and, as usual, was NOT disappointed. I got the soup and half sandwich option and am SO pleased with my choices. I picked the tuna, but modified the bread to the tomato basil and it was a deli ious compliment to the tuna. I chose the street corn chowder and it was DELICIOUS! Just a little kick and loaded with all kinds of yumminess. I wouldn't hesitate ordering both items again. (My other favorite sandwich is the Napa Chicken Salad)“

“I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. What I love more is the customer service that I have always received. However last week I went to the North Park location and had an issue with one of my entrees. I called and requested to speak to a manager and was connected with Xavier. After explaining to him my issue he then puts down the phone possibly thinking he muted it and makes a sarcastic remark to one of his co-workers. Now my coworker and I are in the office and I happen to have the audio call on speaker. He basically implied I was a liar and was being "smart". Nothing was pleasurable about the experience. He said he would replace the salad and went to take my name. I asked him to repeat it back it took him 6 times to get my name correctly. So not only does he lack management skills, but he sucks at customer service, de-escalation and is not a problem solver. It was such a poor experience that I called back later because no one even apologized. Forget another FREE salad. I understand things happen but lead with an apology. So I called back to speak to another manager and got "Kylie" explained to her what happened and she rectified the situation, I felt heard and hopefully this can be used for training purposes. It's never about the product/money ALWAYS about what's morally correct. Thanks Kylie you are an asset to the company. Train Xavier better.“

“I make Panera bread in moline, IL my first stop every day . The employees know my name and greet me when I walk in .and today as I sat at the favorite table after I ordered my food on the kiosks the wonderful employee Karina brought me my breakfast to my table . WOW that was great . That may not happen every day but today Karina had time and it was great of her to do that .and I do give praise to all of the employees and management staff at this location . And yes great food !!!“

“This is not a fast food place. The fresh ingredients, and meats are top quality. The "spuds", are from Idaho, and are the size of a dinner plate. I don't care for iced tea, but their strawberry tea, was the best that I've ever tasted! The service was wonderful, as well. This was my 1st time here, and we will definitely be back!“
