Haiden and all the staff are absolutely amazing people and provide excellent customer service! They offer hot chocolate and other creative drinks for kids too. “The baristas are always wonderful! My only critique is the inventory. I typically go there around noon for my lunch break and about half of the time the impossible breakfast sandwiches are already out. I don’t eat meat so that leaves me with very few options. If you guys could order more that’d be great!“

“Five years ago I would not have rated this location five stars, but things have changed for the better! I personally cannot eat here due to food allergies but I do get food for my husband somewhat often.

For the last couple years I HAVENT checked my bags before I left- knowing the order will be right. I think only once or twice a sause wasn't thrown in but never issues with the actual food/ missing food.

Depending on the time of day your wait may be a bit longer than expected BUT I think that's a great thing and why things have also improved. I am happy to wait a little longer and pull up to the third window (or even the space past that). They are prioritizing getting things right rather than going at the speed of light.

The employees also are all always very nice as well. They seem more relaxed/ less stressed then they used to be which is nice to see.

Whatever you guys have been doing the last year or two you are doing it right and I hope you continue to value your team and treat them well because they are making a noticable difference. Keep them around and be good to them.“
