“I had a banana milk, just the pick me up I needed. The service was a team effort, working seamlessly together. If you have a pooch they are welcomed here. They have pooch vodka, a fun shop to stop at and have that coffee latte, espresso, etc. etc. etc..“

“Number 1 go to coffee shop in Burlington! I absolutely adore my gurls that work there. They have my order memorized and ready when they see my truck pull up! Always sweethearts and always great coffee and always great service!! I'll keep going back multiple times a day!“

“Panera has always been my go to, I always order the same thing, chicken Chipolte Avacado melt and soup. My first bite tasted like someone forgot to tighten the cap on the salt shaker, I brought it to the window and explained and the guy shook his head at me and started telling me about the bread….i told him I understood as I always order the same thing and as he was still shaking his head he responded with I don’t know! Feeling stupid I just said never mind and walked away as I heard him say will make you a new one…..well it was too late at the point!! So spent $37.00 for a pick two no drink and a sandwich with a drink.
Rule of thumb with customer service should always be: I’m sorry about that can I get you something else!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!“
