“Was here this week and I pop in a couple times a month to meet outside of the office. We had our Christmas lunch at the Bean this last week. I love the variety of healthy food and the creative plates they serve. I have had many of their wraps, avocado toast, bowls, salads, veges and hummus, everything is delish! Serving sizes are nice and the sides are very healthy, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in their menu! Now we cannot forget about their bakery items so good the oatmeal pie is a must if you haven't ever been there along with the banana cake and pumpkin bars. You won't be mad about any of the selection all will hit the spot!“

“Panera has always been my go to, I always order the same thing, chicken Chipolte Avacado melt and soup. My first bite tasted like someone forgot to tighten the cap on the salt shaker, I brought it to the window and explained and the guy shook his head at me and started telling me about the bread….i told him I understood as I always order the same thing and as he was still shaking his head he responded with I don’t know! Feeling stupid I just said never mind and walked away as I heard him say will make you a new one…..well it was too late at the point!! So spent $37.00 for a pick two no drink and a sandwich with a drink.
Rule of thumb with customer service should always be: I’m sorry about that can I get you something else!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!“
