Bummed that they started charging $1.80 for extra scoops of rice in their burritos when it's currently free at a lot of other Panchero's locations and was free at this location for years.
It's the little things like that that make a huuuuge difference between me coming back frequently as a repeat customer vs just dropping in on a rare occasion.
The difference in value.
A few cents lost, is dollars gained with repeat transactions.

“It was really good food and fast. Even though the restaurant was slow today. Their service was great too. The only thing I'm not happy about was with the bathroom needing attention; not toilet paper in the men's bathroom. They should pay more attention while it's slow and detailed. Overall the service was great.“
